Between 2021 and 2023, I worked at Inter&Co (formerly Banco Inter) in the payments sector. I conducted research, helped define the backlog, and prioritized features for developing Pix flows.

The final outcomes of this project were:
In 2022, Pix accounted for 11% of the purchase volume in the bank's virtual shop.
Checkout drop-off decreased by 8% throughout 2023.
The fact that this design has remained unchanged shows it was solid and effective enough to stand the test of time.
